• Shipping Time: We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly. That's why we aim to process and ship all orders within 48 hours. Please note that personalized items may take longer to process. If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, the order will be split, and the non-personalized items will be delivered first.
• Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 449 within India. However, please note that international orders and returns are not eligible for free shipping.
• Tracking: We want to keep you informed every step of the way. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS. This allows you to easily track the progress of your package and anticipate its arrival.
• Partial Shipments: In some cases, if you have ordered other items along with personalized or gold jewelry, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. This is to ensure that each item is handled with care and delivered to you in the best possible condition.
